Crapped Out in NC

How's the potty training going you ask.

So glad you asked.

So far we've got the pee in the potty down pretty good.  We can even make it through the night.  But we have another little issue.  We've crapped in the potty once, in our pants once, and on the floor once.  Any tricks on making that part of the ordeal transition easier????

On the flip side - don't you love these undies the in-laws bought?

  1. We had the problem of constipation at our house with Turbo and aren't there yet with Bruiser. Good luck.

  4. HA! you know first hand from your 7yo twins about multiple potty training. we decided to get a head start w/ our triplets (they are 2 years and 3 months now). we've almost got them completely trained, but it's been a PAIN. and what a racket. this whole m&m deal for going #1 and a cookie for #2? there'll be like a drop, i'm talking possibly just condensation, then like the smallest, littlest piece of well, i don't need to get into all that. suffice it to say that these think ANYTHING counts and get ANGRY when the candy and cookies don't follow. what have we done??

as far as floor, pants, potty...hey, at least the kid's sharing the love, right? funny.

I have no suggestions. I'd be interested to read what others have to say though!

  6. i have no advice - i didn't potty train i just waited until my son was ready on his own which was 3 yrs and 4 mths and then we had i think one accident, although he would hold his poop all day until his night time pull up and then poop in the pull up that didn't stop until age 4 and at age 5 he finally stopped needing his pull ups at night. so that's the poop and the scoop. pun intended.

  7. Haha, we are just embarking on potty training in my house-- those very initial stages where we simply get used to sitting on and flushing the potty? We have yet to do ANYTHING in there except splash around when mommy's back was turned... sigh...

On the floor, though? Gosh, what I have to look forward too!!!
